Just finished Ilona’s 4 week course. Really enjoyed this from the very start when she took us through what exactly each food group does and how these work with (or against) our internal organs. Ilona explained this is a very interesting, sometimes humorous way. She encouraged the group to engage with her and each other.
Each week she built on the information she provided. We were given recipes and handouts of the important things, in case we forgot. The course finished with a trip to the supermarket where we closely examined all the food labels, myths around “Nutritional” food items on the shelves and dispelled any illusions around “Fat Free” options.
I cannot recommend this highly enough, not just for those needing to lose weight, it’s for anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle. Well done Ilona and many thanks.
