Flexible learning and personal coaching 

RE-FOCUS on getting back on track or getting started with healthy eating habits.

Includes a Health & Energy Review 1-2-1 session, 4x online learning sessions covering all nutrition topics, including workbooks and recipes, Q&A email after each module, and a Review 1-2-1 session to review questions and progress.

This programme is an ideal way to get a better understanding of what healthy eating REALLY is. It will give you the clarity to understand the often conflicting information. 

After the training sessions, you will feel more confident to make healthier choices. Previous clients report more energy, better sleep, better concentration, improved mood and simply more vitality and zest for life! 

This programme is for you if:

  • You are looking to get back on track after a holiday, or temporary weight gain during the Lock-down, and need fresh motivation, support & accountability.
  • If you want to kick-start your Healthy Eating Journey and need some clarity amongst the confusing information.
  • If you want a flexible plan between self-guided online learning and 1-2-1 consultations.

As with all my programmes, I help you get more clarity on what healthy eating really means and help you sort out the confusing information on nutrition that is out there.

On top of being given the nutrition information, you will be gently guided to find out your best strategies to make sure that you will also be able to implement those tips on a long term basis. This is not a Quick-fix, but it is about establishing new habits.

This is a holistic approach which takes in all aspects for your health: Nutrition, Gut Health, Movement, Sleep and Relaxation.

You will receive 4 x 1.5hours recordings of tuition:

Week 1: The digestive system and its connection to overall health

Week 2: Carbohydrates, Blood Sugar Balancing, Fasting

Week 3: Protein, Fats, Cholesterol, Detoxification

Week 4: Exercise, Movement, Sleep, Stress and how all are connected and can be improved with what we eat.

You will also receive a Health & Energy Review call (45 mins) before you start, you will get the opportunity for Q&A after you have completed each module, and we will do a Review and Summary after all modules to assess your progress and how to continue on your healthy lifestyle journey.
