Re-Focus: Nutrition Transformation Programme
Duration: 4 – 8 Weeks
This programme is for you if:
- You are looking to get back on track after a holiday, or temporary weight gain during the Lock-down, and need fresh motivation, support & accountability.
- If you want to kick-start your Healthy Eating Journey and need some clarity amongst the confusing information.
- If you want a flexible plan between self-guided online learning and 1-2-1 consultations.
As with all my programmes, I help you get more clarity of what healthy eating really means and help you sort out the confusing information on nutrition that is out there.
On top of being given the nutrition information, you will be gently guided to find out your best strategies to make sure that you will also be able to implement those tips on a long term basis. This is not a Quick-fix, but it is about establishing new habits.
This is a holistic approach which takes in all aspects for your health: Nutrition, Gut Health, Movement, Sleep and Relaxation.
You will receive 4 x 1.5hours of tuition:
Week 1: The digestive system and it’s connection to overall health
Week 2: Carbohydrates, Blood Sugar Balancing, Fasting
Week 3: Protein, Fats, Cholesterol, Detoxification
Week 4: Exercise, Movement, Sleep, Stress and how all is connected and can be improved with what we eat.
You will also receive 5 x 45minutes private consultations after each session to review what has been discussed and apply to your personal situation. These 5 sessions can be taken in up to 8 weeks.
Part of the programme is personalised nutrition advice and part is health coaching to help you dig really deep into your own personal goals, mindset, barriers and beliefs.
