Includes 2 45-mins personal sessions before and after, 4x online learning sessions covering all nutrition topics, including workbooks and recipes, Q&A email after each module to review questions and progress.
This programme is an ideal way to get a better understanding of what healthy eating REALLY is. It will give you the clarity to understand the often conflicting information.

As with all my programmes, I help you get more clarity on what healthy eating really means and help you sort out the confusing information on nutrition that is out there.
On top of being given the nutrition information, you will be gently guided to find out your best strategies to make sure that you will also be able to implement those tips on a long term basis. This is not a Quick-fix, but it is about establishing new habits.
This is a holistic approach which takes in all aspects for your health: Nutrition, Gut Health, Movement, Sleep and Relaxation.
