No matter where you are at your golf, whether you just started or whether you are a PRO – there is always something you can do to improve your golf. As Tiger Wood said: “No matter how good you get, you can always get better”.
You are taking lessons with your Pro, you practise regularly, you read books on Mindset – and you will still need to continue with those!
However, where I can help you improve your game of golf is:
– Energy
(Low energy can have a multiple of reasons, and it’s getting to the bottom of it and starting from there. Caffeine and sugar are just quick-fixes, but once you understand why your energy is depleted, you can find a long-term solution. As you know, there’s nothing worse than having a good front 9, and then mess up the back due to lack of energy!)
– Concentration and Focus
(As you know, once you lose your flow and focus, and your mind wonders off or starts worrying about your next shot, you stop playing well. A healthy brain where the neurotransmitters and hormones work in sync is necessary for focus and concentration. This can be achieved by the right foods.
– Reduction of joint inflammation
(Many people suffer from sore joints due to inflammation and need to take pain killers in order to get through the round. As we all know, painkillers are not supposed to be taken long-term and can have all sorts of side effects. An anti-inflammatory diet, however, can help reduce pain naturally)
