I’ve read many of Patrick Holford’s books and his “Optimum Nutrition Bible” has actually become my “bible”.

I believe his low G.L. approach makes completely sense as it is a diet that puts emphasis on nutritious and satisfying meals. Eating low G.L. mean you are never hungry and you can easily lose your food cravings.

As a Zest4Life Associate, I have access to all the material that has been developed by Patrick Holford and his team and I can share it with my clients. These programs have proven track records and have helped 1000’s of people. I have seen the successes in many of my clients.

I am completely independent to run the programs in my own style and way, yet I can use the material that is working. I also have the support of other Nutritional Therapists and Health Coaches in both Ireland and the UK.

What have you been tolerating about your health? How would you rate your energy on a scale of 1-10?

We should feel well everyday, with sufficient energy to enjoy our lives but many of us do not.  Many of us put up with health tolerations which eventually lead to disease. You don’t have to feel this way, or accept poor health.
