Wellness Walks & Nutritious Hikes

The “Wellness Walks” are designed for anybody who wants to include more walking as part of a new healthy lifestyle habit. The walks are in beautiful scenery and will help you get (back) into the joys of walking. You might be nervous to join experienced hiking groups just yet, and want to make sure you simply come home feeling you’ve achieved something. I am there to encourage and support you along the way!

The “Nutritious Hikes” are geared for more experienced hikers, who don’t just want a beautiful day out in nature but also want to learn new healthy lifestyle habits that they can implement into their daily lives.

Both have in common:

– We will talk about creating healthy lifestyle and eating habits.

– We will enjoy a picnic of healthy, sustainable, local foods

– We will visit a local food producer or a local coffee shop/restaurant together after the hike
