“I joined Ilona’s New Year Transformation group course in January 2021 because I wanted to start the year off positively and invest in myself.

I’m a visual learner and enjoyed the zoom presentations which were easy to understand. This enabled me to implement changes weekly. I thought Ilona explained well and the material that was covered was very interesting. It helped me focus on nutrition that MY body needs and thinking logical about food.

I now have lots more energy and a better understanding about nutrition, healthy foods and vitamins. I am feeling positive about myself and happy to change my lifestyle going forward. I now understand that it’s not just about weight loss but also about a healthy mind, a healthy life and a healthy me.
