Re-Focus: The Diet Reboot Programme
Duration: 8 Weeks
whichThis programme is for you if:
- You already have a good understanding of a healthy diet, and if you do not have any major health concerns.
- You looking to get back on track after a holiday, or temporary weight gain during the Lock-down, and need new motivation and a bit of support.
- You want to get an idea of what it’s like working with me, and if you just need a good kick-start to get going.
This package is ideal for someone who already has a good understanding of a Low G.L. diet or generally has already a good diet, but needs to get focused again.
As with all my programmes, I help you get more clarity of what healthy eating really means and help you sort out the confusing information on nutrition that is out there.
On top of being given the nutrition information, you will be gently guided to find out your best strategies to make sure that you will also be able to implement those tips on a long term basis. This is not a Quick-fix, but it is about establishing new habits. This is a holistic approach which takes in all aspects for your health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep and Relaxation.
After the 8 weeks, you will have established a good kick-start for healthy eating habits to get you started on your healthier life. No more yo-yo dieting. No more being “on” or “off” a diet.
During the 8 weeks, we will together put a plan in place that suits YOUR lifestyle and YOUR food likes and dislikes. At the same time, we are making sure that you will nourish your body with those nutrients that you need most based on YOUR health history.
Each week, we review the plan, see what works and what does not, and why. I will support you with the right coaching tools and help you stay motivated. We will track your progress each week and you will be held accountable for.

This programme includes an initial 90-minutes assessment, plus 3 x 30-minutes sessions, followed up with a detailed plan, check-in list and follow-up form.
