Belmont Demense:

This walk will bring you through forested area along paths and depending on weather and fitness level we will be heading up towards the Little Sugar Loaf. 

During this walk, I will give recommendations to people who love the outdoors and love hiking on how to best nourish your body and keep up your energy levels during and after your hikes. I will share healthy treat ideas and meal suggestions that you can bring along with you on longer outdoor activities. I share tips on how to prevent joint pain and other niggles nutritionally. 

This is a fun way of learning about healthy eating amongst like-minded, and it has shown to help many getting back on track or kick-starting a healthy eating and lifestyle journey.

Booking is essential due to COVID guidelines. 

The Health & Hike series involves relaxed walks or gentle hikes in the Wicklow or Dublin area followed by a stop & chat in a coffee shop – for about 2-4 hours.

During this informal walk, you can ask me all questions nutrition- and health-related that you’ve always been meaning to ask!

What is holding most people back from committing to a nutrition programme is that they feel they need to change “everything”. My belief is that lots of small changes over a longer period of time leads to more sustainable new habits.

Goal of my Happy Healthy Hikes is to create a relaxed atmosphere during which I can share my knowledge and everyone can take on as much or as little as they like or whatever they are ready for at this moment and time.
