Duration: 8 weeks
The aim of this programme is to restore your health & lifestyle by finding the root causes of any of your health concerns and to establish a plan to help address them.
This programme can be done in conjunction with your GP. It is a complementary approach to help with health issues, rather than an alternative to any conventional treatment.
It takes just over 2 months to create new habits. During this 8-week course, we will together explore what might have been holding you back in the past. We work together, and each week review your current symptoms, how you are feeling and your food diary. You will be guided throughout and get gentle motivation and plenty of support throughout.
